Duolizer Duo

Duolizer™ Duo is a dual-action bronchodilator respirator solution for nebulization, combining Levosalbutamol (a short-acting $\beta_2$-agonist) with Ipratropium Bromide (an anticholinergic agent). Formulated as a preservative-free solution, it provides rapid and comprehensive airway relaxation for patients with severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), chronic bronchitis, emphysema, or acute severe asthma exacerbations.

Composition (Per 2.5 ml Respule)

• Ipratropium Bromide IP: Equivalent to Anhydrous Ipratropium Bromide 500 mcg

• Levosalbutamol Sulphate IP: Equivalent to Levosalbutamol 1.25 mg

Usage & Safety Guidelines

• Administration: For Inhalation Only via a suitable respirator or nebulizer under the direction of a physician. Use a fresh respule for each dose. NOT FOR INJECTION OR ORAL CONSUMPTION.

• Caution: Do not use if the solution is discolored, leaking, or contains visible black particles upon squeezing. Shake well before use.

• Storage: Protect from light. Store at a temperature not exceeding 25°C. Do not freeze. Store respules in foil pouch at all times. Once the foil pouch is opened, the respules should be used within one month. Keep out of reach of children.

• Prescription Required: Schedule H Prescription Drug ($R_x$). To be sold by retail on the prescription of a Registered Medical Practitioner only.
