• Domperidone Maleate IP (Equivalent to Domperidone): 10 mg – An antiemetic and prokinetic agent that prevents nausea, vomiting, and gastric stasis during migraine attacks.

• Naproxen Sodium USP (Equivalent to Naproxen): 550 mg (Equivalent to 500 mg Naproxen) – A non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that inhibits prostaglandin synthesis to alleviate severe headache pain and neurogenic inflammation.

• Excipients: q.s.
