According to the blister pack text, each film-coated tablet contains:

• Diclofenac Potassium BP: 50 mg (a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug or NSAID)

• Paracetamol IP: 325 mg (an analgesic and antipyretic)

• Serratiopeptidase IP (as enteric-coated granules): 15 mg (an enzyme with anti-inflammatory activity)

• Enzyme activity: 30,000 units
