How to Use
WARNING: DO NOT SWALLOW THE CAPSULES. These capsules must only be used with a dry powder inhaler device.

Prepare the Inhaler: Following the instructions for your specific inhaler device, open it and prepare it to load a capsule.

Load the Capsule: Remove one Aeroheal capsule from the blister pack just before use and place it in the designated chamber of the inhaler.

Pierce the Capsule: Close the inhaler and, if necessary, press the button(s) to pierce the capsule, releasing the powder.

Breathe Out: Breathe out fully, away from the inhaler.

Inhale: Put the mouthpiece in your mouth and seal your lips tightly. Take a single, deep, steady breath in to draw the powder into your lungs.

Hold Your Breath: Hold your breath for 5–10 seconds, or for as long as you comfortably can, to allow the medicine to settle.

Rinse Mouth: After use, rinse your mouth thoroughly with water and spit it out. Do not swallow. This is crucial to prevent throat irritation and oral thrush.
