Duolizer LD (Levosalbutamol & Ipratropium Bromide Respirator Solution) by Healthgate is a low-dose dual-action inhalation therapy. Combining a selective beta-2 adrenergic agonist (Levosalbutamol) with an anticholinergic bronchodilator (Ipratropium Bromide), it provides synergistic relaxation of the airway smooth muscles. It is indicated for the management and prevention of bronchospasm in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), bronchial asthma, and acute respiratory distress.
Dual Mechanism Bronchodilation: Combines Levosalbutamol (0.63 mg) and Ipratropium Bromide (500 mcg) for broader airway opening and reduced bronchospasm.
Low-Dose Formulation: Specifically strength-adjusted (“LD”) for targeted patient requirements with minimal systemic side effects.

Foil Pouch Handling: Store the respules in the foil pouch at all times. Once the foil pouch is opened, the respules should be used within one month.
Dosage: As directed by the physician.
Caution: Schedule H Prescription Drug — Warning: To be sold by retail without the prescription of a Registered Medical Practitioner. Even invisible damage to respules caused during storage or transit may result in contamination. Do not use and return for replacement if the solution is discoloured, leak found on squeezing, or contains visible black particles.
