Rozotum 1.5 Injection

Rozotum™ 1.5 is a broad-spectrum injectable antibiotic combination containing Cefoperazone, a third-generation cephalosporin, and Sulbactam, a beta-lactamase inhibitor. Formulated for severe and resistant bacterial infections, Sulbactam prevents the enzymatic degradation of Cefoperazone, allowing enhanced bactericidal activity against a wide variety of Gram-positive, Gram-negative, and anaerobic pathogens, including Pseudomonas aeruginosa.

Composition (Per Single-Dose Vial)

• Sterile Cefoperazone Sodium IP: Equivalent to Anhydrous Cefoperazone $1000\text{ mg}$ ($1\text{ g}$)

• Sterile Sulbactam Sodium IP: Equivalent to Sulbactam $500\text{ mg}$ ($0.5\text{ g}$)

Reconstitution & Directions for Use

• For I.M. Administration: Dissolve the contents of the vial with $3.6\text{ ml}$ of Sterile Water for Injection IP.

• For I.V. Administration: Dissolve the contents of the vial with $9.6\text{ ml}$ of Sterile Water for Injection IP.

• Timing: The reconstituted solution should be used immediately after preparation.
